This Personalized Picture Frame measures 10" wide by 8" Tall and holds a 4x6 photo. Each frame is custom finished with the name and date provided. The back of the frame include keyhole slots for easy hanging or use the stand for tabletop display. Have any message written on this frame with up to 8 lines.

This piece will have a high gloss finish and will have black finished edges and back.

Shipping is typically first class or priority USPS. Delivery confirmation is provided. Please note that once confirmed delivered, we are no longer responsible for your item unless it is damaged or we sent you the incorrect item. You will receive a tracking number and shipment confirmation e-mail when your order heads your way.
Items in stock are shipped within 1 business day. Mongrammed items take 2-6 business days to be shipped. Engraved and other personalized items take between 1-5 business days. Shipping times can vary depending on volume. Please see individual listings for time frame.
We accept payment by credit card or paypal. Please make certain the Paypal ship to address is correct as we ship to the Paypal address, not the Etsy address. There is a 6.75.% sales tax added to all purchases shipped within FL.
Due to the custom nature of our products, changes can not be made once your order is submitted. Please check the accuracy of your personalization as well as your shipping address. If you don't provide a confirmed address we will refund your money.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Items that are personalized are non-refundable. However, please let us know if your items arrive damaged or doesn't arrive in a timely manner.
Non-personalized items will be accepted for returns within 10 days of receiving the item. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay return shipping and you will only be refunded for the cost of the item. Refunds will be issued after we receive the returned item in the exact condition received. If we receive the item after 10 days, we will not be able to process the return.
If there is a mistake on our end, we will pay the return shipping and exchange for the correct item or give full refund once item is received.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Personalized orders once submitted can't be cancelled or refunded. Due to the personalization, your item can't be restocked.
***New Cancellation Policy***
Due to an increase in immediate cancellations, I will now charge a $2.00 administrative fee for cancellation of items before they are made or buyer can use the total amount paid as a store credit for another item. I apologize but I don't always see the cancellations and for every cancellation paid by PayPal, I get charged a fee. Please note that buyers remorse also takes time away from getting orders out to process the refund and cancellation.
