The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Your happiness is my priority. If you have ANY problems with your order please message me. I believe every problem is fixable, but I can't fix any little or big mistake if you don't speak up & let me know.
I do offer exchanges or store credit on all of my items that have not been worn, used or damaged.
Custom Orders & Painted Shoes are subject to a 20% exchange fee (30% for holiday or wedding shoes) + must pay $8 again for reshipping.
No refunds or exchanges on items that are Final Sale.
