This yarn has a hint of gold glitter in it that catches the light as it moves--perfect for lace shawls or eye-catching socks. From the UK, it's 75/20/5 Merino Superwash/Nylon/Gold Stellina and weighs in at 2,000 ypp. Each 100g skein has approximately 438yards (401 meters). It knits up beautifully on sock machines on every cylinder from the 54 on up to the 96. You can also use it for hand-knitting on roughly American size needles 0 through 4.
It dyes beautifully and wears very well in socks, despite being soft and cushy. Stay on the lighter side of your dye palette as darker colors can dull the shine of the gold (and we don't want *that*, do we??). This yarn is natural white with gold glitter--a clean palette for your dye projects. It's also Superwash so it won't shrink, even when washed in the washer and dryer.

Shipping & policies
I ship worldwide, no problem. I do not charge a handling or packaging fee of any kind and I want it noted that I don't even charge the full postage costs for what I ship. I'm happy to share part of that cost with people whenever I can. After all, it's not *your* fault that we might live thousands of miles apart from one another, right??
PayPal and Direct Checkout are my favorite methods of payment, but I'll accept checks and money orders, as well. The catch on non-PayPal payments is that, unless I know you well, I have to hold the order until my banker and I are both comfortable that your check has cleared your bank. That could be a while, depending on where you are and where you bank.
I charge sales taxes on all sales to residents of Michigan (USA).
If you decide you want to cancel your order (and I haven't shipped it yet), just let me know. I like to be as flexible as I can with peoples' changing situations.

I welcome special requests and I'm happy to quote bulk pricing on wholesale orders. A word of caution, though--like I don't charge the full cost of postage when I ship, I also don't mark up my products very much, so I can't afford to give very much of a discount on bulk orders, but I'll sure try to accommodate if you want to buy in bulk.
