Items ship from Burlington, Ontario, Canada, by Canada Post, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after noon EST on Fridays, and on weekend ship on Mondays. Please check that your address is current.
To CANADA and UNITED STATES: Delivery to Canada and the U.S. is approximately 6-14 business days. Occasionally, shipping time is longer. U.S. shipping by Light Packet or Small Packet. This is the most economical rate, but it has no tracking. If you wish to upgrade to shipping with tracking, please write a message during check-out, and I will send you a quote for the (significantly) extra cost.
To EVERYWHERE ELSE: Shipping rates for 'Everywhere Else' are International Light Packet/Small Packet Air Mail prices, without tracking numbers. Delivery is usually 7-16 business days. Many packages arrive in Europe in less than 10 business days. If you wish to upgrade to shipping with tracking, please write a message during check-out, and I will send you a PayPal invoice to cover the (significantly) extra cost.
Please take into consideration that delivery may take longer at holiday times.
I cannot be held responsible for delays at the border or practices of your local postal service. Any customs import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns & exchanges
READY MADE ITEMS:
If you are not 100% satisfied, please contact me. I want you to be happy with every aspect of your purchase!
Convo me within one week of receiving your item. Ship the item back to me. You may exchange the item for a comparable one in my shop or I will work with you to create a custom skein to your specifications. If you get a bad case of buyers remorse I will, of course, give you a refund.
If your item is obviously DAMAGED : Please don’t open it, just mark it “Return to Sender", mail it back and convo me ASAP. I will replace it immediately.
If your item is LOST in the mail: Though it rarely happens, First Class Items can take a couple of weeks to arrive. If you and I know that your item is lost through the tracking we receive, I’ll gladly replace your lost item.
CUSTOM ITEMS: I will send you jpegs of your item, when it is completed, to give you the opportunity to tell me if you see anything that does not meet your expectations. Questions asked before the dyeing process are comprehensive and I try to gather as much information as I can.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with the finished product, mail the item back to me and we can try again. If you would like a refund I will oblige.
I do custom orders, if there is something specific you are looking for personal message me and I will see what I can do! I am always willing to work with you in order to get the perfect colour.
