If for any reason you are needing an item shipped earlier than stated in the item listing, please contact me via Etsy conversations and I will do my best to accommodate you.
The shipping methods I use are U.S.P.S. first class, priority, parcel post and in some cases, and at my discretion, flat rate priority mail boxes. Shipping costs are applied accordingly to each item to keep that items shipping cost at the lowest rate possible. Delivery confirmation is added to all items and insurance where applicable and that is included in the shipping costs. Since it is hard to judge what the shipping cost will be on some packages, I will issue a refund if you are overcharged for shipping fees in any amount over $2.
Extremely fragile items are packed to the best of my ability.
I will also do combined/reduced shipping rates on multiple orders, please convo me for a quote on that.
Every effort will be made to ship your item safely to your door. Should your item arrive damaged, BUYER accepts responsibility to report damage to me (SELLER) within 2 days of delivery, document and photograph damage, and reasonably assist with filing claims.

Happy Rileys goal is to make you happy! So if you are unhappy with your purchase and we will work with you for your satisfaction. Of course we mainly sell one of a kind vintage so it would probably need to be a credit or monetary refund.
We always try to disclose an item's condition to the best of our ability. Vintage and antique items often have general wear from age. Please understand these items are rarely in perfect condition and that is much of their charm. Please look carefully at all photos and be sure to ask any questions you may have before purchasing. We do have a smoke-free environment! We do not offer refunds unless an item was damaged in transit. Thank you for looking!
