Returns & exchanges

Return the product within 7 days of receipt, along with the reason for the return / exchange
If non personalised goods are returned within 7 days of receipt a full refund (including your original carriage cost) will be issued back into your account. Please note return carriage costs will not be refunded
Please ensure the product is returned in the same condition and sufficient packaging is used (as per it was delivered in mint condition)

Please note, we aim to create and have your order ready for shipping / dispatch in 3 to 5 working days (Our Working Days are Monday to Friday and working hours 9am - 5pm UK timezone excluding public / bank holidays).
