Eucca is not responsible for lost or damaged packages; however, if you wish to purchase insurance for your order, you can do so for an extra charge. *Most plant and succulent goodies are insured against loss or damage- if your order arrives broken or damaged, please DO NOT throw away any of the broken pieces. Insurance only works if you have proof of damaged goods!
