All of my items are carefully packaged and sent in a bubble mailer envelope. I try to ship in the most economical way possible.
Orders are not insured. If you would prefer to have your package insured against loss or damage, please let me know me and request insured shipping. I will send you a PayPal invoice for the difference.
The shipping charge includes not only the postage on your envelope, but also packaging (bubble envelope, bags, and other protective wrapping necessary).
Delays may happened if your package is intercepted by customs. Once shipped delivery times are beyond our control.
All items purchased are shipped with Canada Post regular mail. This service does not include a tracking number or insurance coverage in case of loss, theft or damage. If you want these services, please select them when you place your order and the additional fees will be included automatically.
All orders shipped outside of Canada are subject to taxes and customs fees. The buyer is responsible for these charges.
Please do not leave negative feedback, if there is a problem with the delivery of your package. I cannot be held responsible for the postal service. As mentioned below, you can buy a tracking number to track your package and insurance.
Payment would be appreciated on the same day that the order is places. In that way, the order will be processed more quickly.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
You will get a refund if you decide to return items within 7 days. They must be in their original condition and not used. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the cost of delivery. The refund will be made once the pieces are received by me.
Please check the items when your order arrives. If there are any discrepancies, please notify me within 5 days, so that I can take corrective action.
If the problem is because I made a mistake (incorrect description, wrong item shipped or major flaw), then you can return the order for a full refund. However, please contact me before sending anything back.
If there is no problem with the item received, (you just don't want it it), shipping, handling, and insurance fees are NOT refundable and you are responsible for return shipping cost. As mentioned previously, you must contact me within 5 days of receiving your order.
Important note: All returned products must be in their original condition. I will issue a credit to your PayPal account after I receive the returned products. You will receive a refund for the item less the shipping costs paid.
CANCELLATIONS: If you must cancel your order, please notify us by CONVO only. If I haven't shipped out the order yet, I would be happy to cancel the order and refund you fully. Please note a 15% restocking fee may be applied to all cancellations, returns and exchanges.
