I generally only deliver to the UK and Europe but if you really would like to purchase item please contact me and I am sure I we can work something out, I have done this on many occasions for my customers, posting to Europe, US, Canada and Australia.
In the UK smaller items will be sent by Royal Mail or Parcel Force. For larger items such as furniture we can discuss the safest and most cost effective method of delivery. I generally arrange a courier or I'm very happy for items to be picked up. I aim to have items on the way to you within 2-5 working days and 1 -2 weeks for lampshades, although this is usually a lot quicker. I tend to send items via Royal Mail Second Class post to keep cost down for the customer. Please note this does not include 'signed for' , 'Tracked' or Insurance, If you require the item to be tracked and insured then please contact me and I will let you know the cost of your request.
Please note the cost of postage includes packing materials i.e. boxes, bubble wrap, tissue paper etc. I do try to re-use recycle materials to post items as often as I can. It may not be pretty but it will be protecting both the contents and the environment, so you may receive your item in what might be considered non-fancy packaging!
I accept all major credit cards and paypal as well as Etsy gift cards. I will accept cash for local pick ups. Payment must be received at time of purchase. I do not accept cancellations.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Customer satisfaction is my top priority. If you do have any issues with your purchase then please do contact me before submitting customer feedback. Not only is this my request, but this is also a policy that Etsy requires of a buyer. Please do understand that I sell vintage and there could be a wide array of irregularities with any item that is considered vintage, I like to think of this as having character! this could present itself in the form of scratches, dents, fading etc.. I do my very best to measure, photograph and describe items therefore everything is sold as is and to my best discretion. However if you feel I have overlooked something in my description then please do contact me before you submit feedback and I'm sure that we can work something out.
In regards to lampshades, if you are not totally happy with your purchase please contact me, return within 10 days of receiving and a full refund of the item will be given or exchange of lampshade will be granted.
In the unlikely event of a buyer wanting to return an item then the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. I will not be able to refund the original postage cost, only the price paid for the item. Please send the item in the original packing within 10 days of receiving and I will issue a full refund. Please be sure to obtain a 'proof of posting' from the Post Office. We may not be able to exchange, refund, or replace items that are lost in the post, without a 'proof of posting'.
