We ship UPS Ground or U.S. Postal Service. If you would like to purchase postal insurance for the item we will be shipping please contact us. We will ship after receiving confirmation of payment. Most of our items are shipped Priority Mail. At times shipping will be more than we estimated in which we will email you to see if you would be willing to pay the additional cost. We have estimated shipping cost. You can always contact us to check the exact shipping on an item you are interested in.
We would be happy to ship outside the United States. If you are interested in a item please email us with your address and we can check the shipping cost for you. We will then email you to let you know the amount of the shipping so you can decide if you want to pay the shipping cost, those cost will be added to the item.
We want your item to arrive at your door undamaged and in good condition. All of our items are well packaged and we assume no responsibility if breakage or damage occurs. Inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. If there is damage, please contact us immediately. Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. We will work with you to file a claim and make the process as painfree as we can.
Returns & exchanges
Most of the items we are selling are very old and have had many years of use and abuse. Many are not in perfect condition. The items are all sold in an AS-IS condition and they are in the same condition as they were when we purchased them. Cleaning of some antiques like coins will harm the item and also decrease its value. Most of the items we sell are old, used, have flaws and or defects such as scratches, scuffs, chips, cracks, stains, discolorations, rust, tears or folds, or even slight wear marks on the items or on their boxes. We include a picture with every item so that you can judge it for yourself. RC Antiques and Collectible is not responsible for mis-information regarding dates and facts about items. We describe them honestly from the knowledge we are given.
There are no returns, refunds or exchanges. All sales are final and all items sold "AS IS". If you have any additional questions about condition or would like more pictures, please do not hesitate to contact us before purchasing. We want you to feel comfortable with your purchase and love your item once you receive it!
