To have the gift-wrapped items mailed directly to your gift recipients, just contact me privately via the blue "Request a custom order" link above with your gift recipient's full name and address! You can also send me a brief message to have printed on your to-and-from tag for FREE. It's that easy!

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment for items that are currently for sale may be made directly through Etsy. All forms of payment except personal checks are currently accepted. Custom orders usually require a minimum of 50% down to start, and the remaining 50% will be billed upon completion and confirmation of customer approval. The seller can negotiate price, arrange payment methods, and be in regular contact with you throughout the custom order process.

***For all other shop sales totaling under $50, you will receive a separate notification containing the correct shipping and handling amount for your order and instructions for how to make your final payment once the correct amount has been determined (based on your location and what you are ordering). Full payment for all items being ordered as well as shipping and handling costs for all items must be received prior to shipment. If your shipping & handling costs are not already arranged with the seller, please be sure to check your e-mail again within 48 hours of purchasing to receive your instructions for shipping & handling in a timely fashion.***

In-stock items will be shipped within 2 business days of payment clearance and you will receive a shipping notification including the shipping and tracking details of your purchase. Temporarily out-of-stock items are usually ready to ship in less than 2 weeks.

FREE USPS SHIPPING, HANDLING, & TRACKING ON ORDERS $50+: If your items are being shipped within the United States, simply add items totaling $50 or more (after shop discounts or coupon codes are applied) and check out! (NOTE: The purchase of gift wrap and some custom orders do not count toward the minimum of $50)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: If you would like a quote in advance for the cost of shipping items internationally, please contact me via the blue Contact button with your specific location and the items you wish to purchase!

EXPEDITED SHIPPING: For expedited shipping, the cost of postage may be greater, so please contact me via the blue "Contact the shop owner" link if you would like a quote for the price of expedited shipping for your purchase.

COMBINED SHIPPING: If you are purchasing multiple items from my shop, the shipping costs may be reduced for you due to the ability to send multiple items in one shipment. OTHER SHIPPING METHODS: If you would like to request a different shipping method, such as UPS or FedEx, just let me know by clicking the blue Contact button and I'll be happy to accommodate you in any way I can!

PORTLAND, OREGON METRO AREA: Pay NO shipping and handling charges if you are local and are willing to meet up halfway at a public location such as a cafe or bar for in-person drop-off. I am located in the Tanasbourne area, where West Portland, Beaverton, and Hillsboro converge.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Because the costs described above vary from sale to sale, the costs of returns and exchanges will also be determined on a case-by-case basis. It will not be possible to reimburse 100% of the total purchase price due to the irrecoverable costs of seller's fees, transaction fees, safe shipping materials (if not reusable), and postage. If the item(s) you are returning is/are received damaged or otherwise not in their original condition, I may not be able to refund any percentage of the original purchase price.

I do not purchase supplies that are of poor quality or that are not in perfect condition to begin with. However, if you still feel that something is wrong with an item you have received, send it back and I will fix it and re-send it to you at no additional charge!
