This 1940s Vintage Linen Postcard of Lambert Gardens, Portland Oregon, shows a beautiful flower garden with a strutting peacock in the center. The reverse contains an entertaining message detailing sites seen on a vacation to Portland. I particularly enjoyed reading about the "rolly coaster." It is postmarked July 10 and July 12, 1950, having been missent to Kansas City Missouri before continuing to its destination in Amarillo Texas. It has two cancelled 1 cent stamps bearing George Washington's likeness. It is slightly yellowed with age.

Most items will be sent first class mail or Priority Mail, depending on size and weight. Please make sure your address is correct.
I prefer Paypal. Paypal purchases will usually ship within one week. If you use Etsy Direct Checkout and Etsy Gift Cards, your purchase will be shipped once the payment has been deposited to my account.
Returns & exchanges
I do not offer refunds or exchanges--all sales are final. I accurately describe my items, including any flaws, and post several photos of each one. Please contact me prior to purchase if you have any concerns.
As most of the items in my shop are relatively inexpensive, I do not do "Reserves" or "Holds."
