international orders are sent out first class with tracking + delivery confirmation to the following countries only: australia, belgium, brazil, canada, croatia, denmark, estonia, france, finland, germany, gibraltar, great britain and northern ireland, hungary, israel, italy, latvia, lithuania, luxembourg, malaysia, malta, netherlands, new zealand, portugal, singapore, spain, and switzerland.
if you are in a different country and still want to order something, we can still work together but i cannot be held responsible for any shipping issues.

if the postal service loses your shipped order i am able to remake the products, but shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. if it is a custom order, please allow for the same amount of processing time as the original product.
-- nonrefundable deposit -
a nonrefundable 50% deposit is required to schedule a project. the balance is due before project completion & delivery of the finished goods. if the project total increases, the balance due will be adjusted accordingly. however, if the scope of the project is reduced below the amount of the original deposit, no refund will be made.
acceptance of a deposit ensures an agreed-upon project start date, subject to timely receipt of text & materials from the client.
if the client cancels the order after paying the original deposit, no refund can be made. the client is also responsible for paying for any additional work that exceeds the deposit amount.
-- cancellation policy --
for custom orders: to get a full refund, you must message me to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchasing. after that, you will get a % of your refund depending on how much work i've done. refunds are not processed for custom orders that have been delivered.
for products: to get a full refund, you must message me to cancel your order before your product is shipped. if you would like a refund after it's been shipped, you will need to send the product back to me in it's original condition. i cannot refund shipping costs.

custom orders take at least three weeks to be processed, please see the individual product page for specific processing times (a custom order is ordering anything that requires a custom listing).
-- minimum order fee --
the minimum order fee is $40. this includes the setup fee.
-- setup fee --
each order will require a setup fee of $20.
work added to an order after project completion is considered a new order and is subject to the minimum order & setup fee.
-- rush fee --
if you need your order to be processed in less than the process time listed on the product page, we can do that! you will be charged a rush fee of 20% of your total order, or a minimum of $5. rushed process time will be depend on the job, but i will do my BEST to make your schedule work! let me know what you are thinking! :)
-- same day order fee --
if you need your order to be completed within 24 hours, an additional 80% of the order will be charged.
-- client information --
guest names & addresses must be submitted exactly how you want them written in calligraphy. this includes formal titles, abbreviations, punctuation, street names, etc.
-- spelling errors --
make sure that all the info you give me for custom orders is correct. if there are spelling errors in the info you gave me, i cannot be responsible for remaking them - you will need to purchase a new listing. if the error was my fault, i will quickly and gladly correct my mistake! corrections will be shipped with priority mail (1-3 days) at no cost to the client. please double check all finished materials with plenty of time before the event date, should we have to make any corrections.
-- client provided materials --
a 20% allowance is required for non-digitized calligraphy orders. for example, please provide 120 envelopes (20% of 100) for a 100 envelope order. this does not apply to wood, mirrors, or chalkboards.
client provided materials must be shipped to my studio at the client's expense before the project start date. please provide a tracking number.
for paper, please note that not all paper works for calligraphy ink projects. some paper is too porous, which will cause the ink to bleed. please allow for extra time to reorder paper & reprocess the order if ink bleeds on the paper you ordered.
-- turnaround time --
turnaround time is a minimum of three weeks, but will vary per order. specific turnaround times will be established when your custom quote is issued.
