Returns & exchanges
I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you decide you are not happy with your purchase please contact me. I will refund purchase price not including shipping fees once the item is returned to me (unbroken of course) within 2 weeks of your receiving the item.
If you receive an item that was broken in transit....please take photographs of the packing and broken item/s in one frame. More than one photo is a good idea. This will help if insurance was purchased for shipping of your item. Please notify me immediatly if you receive a broken piece. Anything after 2 days of your receiving the package I will be unable to do anything about if it was not an insured parcel.
Every effort is made to accurately represent the colors of the items I sell---I include photos from several angles in each listing displayed. I do my best to take accurate photos regarding colors and quality. However, I cannot be certain that other monitors will display the colors as mine does---please feel free to ask questions if you have concerns about color accuracy (or about anything else regarding my items), I'm convo-friendly and happy to help.
