In case you didn't know Leeds Radio was founded in 1923. In the late 1980's someone gave me a Hewlett Packard 202 low frequency function generator, which worked but needed a turning knob. In those days despite the decimation to New York's electronic industry caused by the demolition of Radio Row, there were still plenty of places to buy electronic parts. My favorite destination was 45th Street because it was only a half hour or 45 minute walk from home. Did you know that Heathkit had a RETAIL store on 45th between 5th and 6th Ave? But I digress, the stores on 45th didn't have what I needed so I checked the phone book and found Leeds Radio. A quick subway ride downtown and a walk through the door and I met one of the gruffest sale persons I had ever encountered. He was almost combative. But he had a knob that would work for me bought it for my HP 202.
That salesman was Leeds' second owner . He and I years became friends and I took the rein of Leeds from him so many years later. The HP 202 has been decommissioned but I have that very knob in a file in a Ziplock bag labelled "Purchase Zero."
That knob is from the very same batch that from Rogan knobs offered here. That's right; They've been in stock continuously for at least 36 years and three different locations. Why do we still have some? Because in the old days Leeds procured stock in insane quantities.
These are 1.75" diameter and approximately .75" high. In really nice shape. Spun aluminum insert is nice and shiny.

SPECIAL NOTICE TO FOREIGN BUYERS 1) USPS rates, while still far below those of FedEx and UPS, are quite expensive even for small and light items. You can go to usps.com to get shipping costs.
2) Do NOT ask me to falsify customs declarations.
3) I test everything I sell and I pack VERY carefully but I cannot control how items are handled when they go through customs, for that reason there are NO RETURNS on VACUUM TUBES shipped outside the US.
4) USPS considers Items made of glass to be "inherently fragile" so most of the time they will not pay claims on damaged vacuum tubes. They will however pay claims for items that are lost.
