We will ship anywhere within the 50 United States. Only Starform stickers are available for shipping to Canada right now. Product(s) will ship within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Shipping to Canada is first class and will take 2 weeks to receive. For faster shipping to Canada please contact us first BEFORE you purchase anything. Shipping charges include both shipping and handling.

Returns & exchanges
If there are any problems, please contact us first and we will determine if a refund or an exchange is needed.
We will refund the difference of the shipping costs only if they are $1.00 or more difference.

1. Do you do special order cards? ** If you have a special request, please contact us and we will determine if it is possible to complete your request, as some restrictions apply.
2. What if my card is damaged when I receive it? **If you card is damaged at the time of receipt, please contact us. We will need proof that it was damaged in the mail; ie: a copy of the letter that the Post Office will provide informing you that the item was damaged in the mail. We will then determine if a refund or exchange is applicable.

4. Do you fulfill bulk orders? **You must contact us first to see if we are able to fulfill your request. If we are able to do so, we require at least 3 months notice. 1/2 of the payment for the order is due upon the placement of your order and the other 1/2 is due upon the completion of the order.
5. How long will it take for my purchase(s) to be delivered once I have paid for it? **Shipping times vary depending on where you live. Average shipping time is 5-7 business days.
6. Is Rush Delivery available for my order? **If you would like Rush Delivery, please contact us before you purchase your item(s) as we will need to adjust your final price to include the additional charges to cover Rush Delivery fees.
