With my easy pattern you will be able to customize your own pouch to fit the specific needs of yourself or your loved one who uses a power chair. For me, my phone and camera are a must.
A practical wheelchair accessory, my original mini-pouch is the result of 7 years of making pouches to attach to my power chair. I made my first pouch with left over yarn in 2008. Every time one wore out I made a new one, improving the design each time. Last year I began carrying my small camera - one never knows when I great picture will present itself - and I found that I needed one that fit more tightly around the camera and yet had enough stretch so that I could grab it quickly and easily. Finally, I have perfected the design and learned the best way to attach it!. Then I discovered that my I-Pod fit into it perfectly, with room to spare for my fun purple earbuds.
Nylon Yarn recommended because it holds up better
Cotton Yarn works well because it is not as stretchy as acrylics and wools.

For a few years I had a jean pocket pouch for my phone, which lasted much longer than the ones I crocheted with acrylic yarn. That pattern is available at my sister shop, JadeRoseBoutique:
