These little boats are quick and simple to make – charming holiday ornaments, perfect handmade gifts or make lots and make a mobile or garland – use all those little bits of fabric you’ve been saving.

MATERIAL LIST:
• cardboard ( a cereal box is perfect)
• wool felt (8 inch square)
• cotton fabric and trim (for the sail)
• matching and contrasting thread
• embroidery thread
• sewing and embroidery needles
• pins
• fabric scissors
• paper scissors
• pencil
• x-acto knife
• bamboo skewers (smaller size)
• glue stick
• Elmer’s Glue
• wire cutters ( or similar to trim skewers)
• small buttons
• optional: small wood beads and spools (optional)
