I try to ship within 1-2 business days, however during the holidays I may need to take a little longer. I ship using United States Post Office using First Class services for most items. I do not provide expedited shipping.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I do not except returns for items that have been used or damaged. I must receive the item in the exact manner in which I shipped it for a full refund. Please contact me directly if you wish to return an item.
