STEPS TO DO WHEN ASK FOR REFUND :
1.Before packaging and send the parcel back to the seller , the buyer have to send picture of each product who want to be refunded .The pictures will be sent on Etsy eAgapicom's shop conversation mail. Seller will send an e mail for confirmation of accepting the parcel back .
This is an important step to avoid any misunderstanding situation about the product's condition will arrived to seller.The product must be return in the same perfect condition as it was when dispached by seller.
2.Buyer will wrapp the product in the original package , in safe condition and will send it back to seller WITH PRIORITY REGISTERED MAIL as seller shipped to buyer.This mean the TRACKING NR. must begin with RE(...numbers)(country) not LN ,EE or LK,etc..(for example RE23275647US ).
RE mean registered mail and is the only proof the parcel was sent.This is an important step to avoid loosing the parcel during the Shipping.Registered mail never happen to be lost as they are registrated and any time can be track.
Refund will be done immediately the seller receive the parcel and confirm the product arrived in safe condition with no damages and exactely as was dispached from seller to the buyer.
