Shipments are made Monday to Friday, excluding all UK holidays (national and bank).

Direct Checkout: No PayPal account needed. Just enter you credit card information like you would at any other online store & submit. Simple as that with no delay, works just as fast & easy as PayPal!
PayPal: Any payments which are made via PayPal will be processed & mailed out as soon as the payment clears; (mostly it is authorized instantly, but may take 3-5 days). This is the safest, easiest, & most popular form of payment.

Leather goods: ALL SALES ARE FINAL as most items are sized to the buyer and therefore cannot be re-sold and/or for hygiene issues (as all items are placed against skin in some fashion).
Decoupage Picture Frames: If you order a frame and the plexiglass has cracked (or arrives broken), please email me and I will send out a new plexiglass insert. They are quite durable, but sometimes items are mishandled in the post.
