Upgrade your shipping from USPS First Class shipping to USPS Priority Mail shipping.
My regular shipping method for domestic shipments is First Class Mail (2 - 5 days). USPS Priority Mail arrives in 1 - 3 days depending on your region.
Please Note that purchase of this upgrade does not alter the processing time for Satin Swank "Made to Order" items. Processing times for Made to Order items are shown in the shipping policies section, a tab you can click on within each item description in my shop. Purchase of this shipping upgrade only offers quicker delivery by the US Postal Service.
THIS IS NOT FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. This service is for shipping within the United States only.
Packages will be shipped to the address shown on the checkout page. Please make sure your address is up to date as I cannot be responsible for packages returned due to an incorrect address.
For any returned package, buyer will be responsible for reshipping costs. For any package returned due to package being unclaimed by buyer, I will refund the purchase price of the item(s) shipped, however, the original shipping amount will not be refunded.
Please keep in mind my items are handmade and "processing time" is the amount of time needed to make your order. Processing time is not included in shipping time. Once your item has been processed and is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking details.
Insurance is not included in regular shipping charges. If you would like to insure your package, please contact me before purchase so that I can send you a price quote.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS are responsible for all custom, tariff, and duty fees imposed by their countries or the country of the ship-to address. The purchase price and shipping fees of the items in my shop do NOT include customs, tariffs, and/or duties that may be imposed by or in the customer's country. Likewise, the purchase price and shipping fees of the items in my shop do NOT include customs, tariffs, and/or duties that may be imposed as a condition of delivery of the item(s) or as a condition of the customer's acceptance of the item(s).
Although uncommon, mail delays can and do happen. Satin Swank® is not responsible for mail delays. If you are pressed for time to receive your order, please select the USPS Priority Mail shipping upgrade option. USPS Priority Mail is available to USA domestic mail only. Keep in mind that postal holidays and peak seasons typically cause additional mail delays, so please order your item in a timely fashion to avoid disappointment.
Returns & exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase! Refunds or exchanges accepted. If you need to return or exchange an item please contact me within 7 days of receipt of order (according to USPS delivery confirmation). Buyer will be responsible for both original shipping charges and return shipping charges. In the event of an exchange, buyer will need to place a new order based on currently available items. Shipping charges will apply to new order.
I will always stand behind the quality and workmanship of my pillow cases and accessories. In the rare event there is a quality issue with one of my items, I will make it right. Simple as that.
If there is a problem with your order, please message me within 48 hours of receipt (according to USPS delivery confirmation).
