If you still feel that you are being charged too much for shipping (this only applies if you are purchasing MORE THAN 4 ITEMS at a time) then please write to us BEFORE placing your order and we will create a custom order listing for you to combine shipping charges.

If you are purchasing 4 items or less, it does not pay to combine shipping as what you are being charged is accurate and shipping charges WILL NOT CHANGE.

For CUSTOM ORDERS, please copy and paste the link to the items that you want directly into an Etsy conversation thread. We have a large inventory and many items of the same color/type come in different sizes and styles so it is imperative that we have the DIRECT LINK to the item that you want. Then please tell us how many lots of each you require or the total number of yardage.

Customers outside of North America ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO ADD TRACKED SHIPPING TO THEIR ORDERS AT CHECKOUT, no matter what the size. Packages to anywhere outside of Canada are mailed Small Packet Air Mail and this service does not include tracking.

Canada Post has different rates for different regions. We ship in padded envelopes or boxes to protect your merchandise and CANNOT legally ship anything we sell at Lettermail rates as we are not selling/shipping documents or selling paper! Canada Post has written to us about this before and we don't want our wrists slapped a second time or to receive any fines. Therefore, regardless of your feelings about high postage rates (we agree with you, don't worry!) we are nevertheless required to ship all parcels as "packages", which means package rates apply. Therefore, shipping is charged at the MAXIMUM RATE in order to cover costs to ALL REGIONS. We will refund any shipping overages as needed. Please see our policies for more information.

SHIPPING METHODS:

Shipping is done via Canada Post through Etsy. All rates are available at www.canadapost.com . Our shipping costs include handling charges and therefore may not reflect actual shipping charges calculated on the Canada Post website. Sometimes you will be required to pay more for shipping if you are purchasing multiple items at once. Because of the way that Etsy is structured, we are sometimes able to refund any shipping overages at our discretion. If you are unsure about shipping charges, please contact us prior to placing your order to see if better rates can be applied.

Therefore, regardless of your feelings about high postage rates (we agree with you, don't worry!) we are nevertheless required to ship all parcels as "packages", which means package rates apply. Furthermore, we do not agree with the idea of raising our prices storewide to make up for the few odd orders which result in higher shipping costs. SHIPPING UPGRADES:

Please pay special attention to Shipping Upgrades. We ship the most economical way possible and often this means that NO TRACKING NUMBERS ARE AVAILABLE. If you do require tracking numbers, please make sure to purchase a Shipping Upgrade when you place your order. We strongly suggest that our overseas customers (as well as some in the USA) purchase a shipping upgrade if they wish to track their order or require it in a certain amount of time. Even though most of our items ship within 1-3 business days, some international customers may experience a delivery delay of up to 4-6 weeks and our US customer base may experience a delay of up to 2-3 weeks. Furthermore, we cannot be held responsible for delays upon arrival. The buyer must take responsibility to ensure that all items entering their country are acceptable by their own country's import laws, standards, and regulations. We cannot accept responsibility for items which are caught at customs. Purchasing a shipping upgrade may be a good option for you if you are worried about where your item might end up.

However, if you order multiple items and your shipping costs cover tracked shipping, we will default to tracked shipping before refunding any shipping overages.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES:

The buyer is entirely responsible for providing the correct shipping address when they place their order. We cannot be held responsible for errors in the shipping addresses attached to your order. If you require your item to be delivered to an address other than the one associated by default to your Etsy account, it is your responsibility to enter the correct shipping address into Etsy or your item may be shipped to the wrong address. If this is the case, your item may not be refunded. Please do not send us another address in an Etsy conversation as it may be overlooked and we will not accept responsibility if your order is not shipped to the address you require. If you still have questions about shipping, please do write to us before placing your order. It will be our pleasure to assist you.

CUSTOM ORDERS SHIPPING:

If you are purchasing a custom order, shipping and handling charges will be applied to your order. All custom orders are sent tracked with no exception. Signature upon delivery is available upon request and is not included in regular, tracked shipping but can be purchased for an additional cost. For any other custom order inquiries, please contact us for more information.

SPECIAL SHIPPING FOR SAUDI ARABIA:

All items shipped to Saudi Arabia are shipped International Air Mail and are tracked, without exception. We will notify you via Etsy if the shipping for your order costs more than what is listed and you will be required to pay the difference before we can ship. If this is your case, you must have a valid Paypal account in order to send us the difference.

Please note that prices do not include sales taxes. All orders in Canada will be assessed the taxes associated with the province to which the order is addressed.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO SENDING BACK YOUR ITEMS AS SOME ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS/EXCHANGES. Items shipped back without authorization will not be returned.

Items that are damaged will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Returns must be sent prepaid. Please contact us to see if your item qualifies.

In some cases where a refund is requested and approved, a re-stocking fee ( minimum 25%) will be applied. If you are requesting a refund of a custom order, the re-stocking fee will be 50% of the original value of the order. We do not refund shipping costs and will only apply the refund once we have received and measured what has been sent back to us. If you wish to make sure we receive your package, please make sure to opt for signature upon delivery.

A NOTE ABOUT CUSTOM ORDERS CREATED IN ORDER TO COMBINE SHIPPING: Custom orders containing stock from our regular inventory WILL NOT BE DEACTIVATED from online stock until you have purchased your entire order. Due to high demand (and also so that we can best manage our inventory), items cannot be reserved unless paid for in advance, either in full or by deposit. Some custom orders will be subject to a deposit before we can commence working on your order. This deposit is non-refundable.

With regard to item colors, though we do our best to have our pictures represent the items you are buying, in some cases, the color rendered on your screen may vary from the actual item being sold.
