I SHIP ONLY USPS. Within the USA, I will ship first class mail with delivery confirmation. If you want another type of shipping, please convo me before purchase. I am not responsible for lost, stollen or damaged merchandise. I wrap very well, have never had any complaints with my other business. You may purchase insurance, but not required.
INTERNATIONAL: I use first class small package,(depending on the amount of purchases). All custom fees, tariffs, duties, etc, are your responsibility not mine.
All items shipped must be shipped to a physical address, no post office boxes, sorry, (for USA and INTERNATIONAL orders).
All items will be shipped in jewerly boxes that are cotten lined and then wrapped in bubble wrap, and then in a bubble mailer. So it will be very secure.
I will include a invoice in your purchase. You will also be notified via ETSY convo when item/s are shipped.
I accept Paypal, Credit Cards (through Paypal, you do not need a Paypal account) Money Orders and Checks. All payments must be made within 48 hours of purchase, unless you notify me for another arrangement. If check or money order is sent, you must wait until check or money order clears, before item/s are shipped. (I will notify you when check/money order clears). Then shipping will be within 48 hours of clearance of check. (checks and money orders within the US only, Sorry!!!
Returns & exchanges
I strive to provide an honest and accurate discription of materials and items. The picture you see, is the jewerly you will receive, nothing less. Returns are excepted within 3 days of you receiving your purchase, less shipping charges, and you pay for shipping back to me. You must notify me within 3 days, of receiving and items must be returned in the same condition and quality as when it was shipped. There are no refunds due to damaged items, due to not purchasing insurance.
When item is received and you are satisfied, please leave feedback and I will do the same for you. If there is a problem with an item, PLEASE CONTACT ME, before leaving negative feedback. I take my feedback very seriously and will be more then happy to work with you to resolve any problems. I had a ebay business for over 3 years and had over 5,000 feedbacks, and only 1 negative, the customer was new and did not know to contact me before leaving feedback. She stayed a loyal customer to me for the next 3 years. In case you are wondering, I closed my ebay business because of cancer and after beating it, I decided to open up a shop on ETSY, where everthing is hand made.
