50% Angora, 20% Superwash Merino wool, 30% Nylon

3-ply, Sock Weight, 200 yard (2 oz) skeins.

The angora fiber comes from German Angora rabbits that are shorn every 3 months at Witamy farm, which is then sent to a local Michigan mill as part of the IAGRB coop. Because of the high standards of IAGRB, the yarn is of phenomenal quality.

The rabbits are shorn by hand with a small pair of scissors as they sit on a grooming table or in our laps. They actually seem to enjoy shearing time and occasionally will try to return the favor by grooming us!
