I'll ship as soon as possible after I receive your payment if the item is in stock. Sometimes that's even the same day! It it's a 'stock' item, but I need to make it, there will be a couple days delay, but within the shipping parameters indicated. Custom items will have their own negotiated time frame.
I ship via Canada Post, regular mail, which doesn't have insurance or confirmation. If you want your item(s) faster than that service will provide, with insurance or with a delivery confirmation, just let me know and I'll find out your options and the time frames and costs involved.
I accept direct payment through Etsy and PayPal. Please only use "Other" if you're local to me and we've already talked about paying in person!
If you're holding off paying, please let me know why and when I can expect it - we can probably work together to get any issues sorted.
Returns & exchanges
If I haven't shipped yet, you can cancel your order any time for a full refund.
If I have shipped and you send the item back to me, I will refund the item cost, but unfortunately the shipping to you is already paid, so I can't do much there.
Many of my items are glass, so I do my best to package them well and use bubble wrap and/or bubble mailers. If something arrives damaged, please let me know! Send me a picture, and if I can replace it, I likely will.
