We ship single sets of 4, 6 or 8 via USPS First class mail which is a 2 to 5 business day service. Orders including multiple sets are sent via USPS Priority mail which is a 2 to 3 business day service. Extra large parcels may be sent standard rate USPS or UPS depending on the parcel size, weight and zip code. All orders come with a tracking number free of charge which we will send to you when we ship your order. If you need your order right away, please view our "RUSH ORDER" section below.

We always ship your order ASAP even without rushing it. You can view our current turnaround time in our shop message or in the listing. Please do not leave a message in the "notes" section at check out about needing your order asap or by a certain date. We do not see these notes until your order is being processed. Please contact us prior to purchasing if you have any questions or concerns about rush ordering. Thanks!

Insurance can be added to your order. Please, send us a message before placing your order so it can be added. We are not responsible for packages damaged by USPS, if insurance is not purchased.

Please make sure your Etsy shipping address is correct. If a package is returned because the wrong address was listed, you will be charged shipping to reship your package to the correct address.

- If you are a USA resident, your tracking number was emailed to you after your package shipped. You can also locate your tracking number in "Your Account" under your "Purchases".
- International packages do not come with tracking numbers (***see the International shipping information below).

***If your tracking # says your package was delivered, but you never received it, please contact USPS. Once the USPS confirms a delivery to your address we are no longer responsible for that item and you can file a claim with them for a lost package.

We will not be responsible for packages delivered after the USPS expected delivery date. These are estimates from the USPS website and are not USPS guaranteed.

All international orders are shipped First Class International (does not come with tracking), which normally takes 2-3 weeks to reach their destination, but can take up to 2 months. International orders upgraded to Priority normally takes 6-10 days, but can take longer. Packages shipped around holidays may take longer to get to their destination, so please be patient. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES.

Please send us a message if you would like your shipping upgraded to International Priority (6-10 business days, with no tracking) or International Express (3-5 business days with tracking).

***USPS International First Class shipping is significantly high right now, as to why our shipping costs are so expensive. This is the cheapest way to ship international packages. To try and help our International customers with these costs, we will now review the shipping in EVERY international purchase and we will refund any shipping overages paid. Please allow a few days after shipping to receive your refund, as we will process them all at one time.

***Buyer is responsible for paying the customs fees, duties, import taxes, and any related charges. Please do not message us about marking packages as a "gift" or under valuing the contents, we do not do that.


We currently accept payment by credit card through Etsy and PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay through PayPal.

Once your payment is received, please allow 2-5 business days (additional time around the holidays)

E-Check orders will process once payment has cleared. Please keep in mind that PayPal e-checks take 3-5 days to clear. Add an additional 1-2 days for order processing and then an additional 2-5 days for First Class shipping within the USA.

Please make sure you've checked your order and entered any coupon codes before checking out. If you have any questions about colors, shipping/rush, etc., please message us PRIOR to purchasing, please do not leave requests in the notes section at check out.

Returns & exchanges

If you are in any way unsatisfied with your order, we will offer you a full refund upon receipt of your order. Please contact us with 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the refund process.

If you'd like to exchange your order for something else, you may do so but you are responsible for paying the shipping of your original order and we will be responsible for shipping your new items to you.
