Items hand made by me that break because of my design are repaired FREE of charge and FREE postage..... With Normal Wear;
If by accident by you, it is still FREE labor but you pay the postage.
Please contact me within 3 days for any reason for returns or exchanges.
I will need purchase date, user id, and item(s) purchased.
Full refund in same condition unless broken and it is my design fault or if you prefer I will repair free because I use vintage and some wear is possible; I check my items and replace clasps etc when needed but breakage can happen.
