This is a brand new machine and it is ready to be shipped. Your machine will come with a factory warranty.

Your machine will come with a factory warranty.

Warranty for EK punch is 30 days.

This punch works wonderfully with a 28 lb bright white paper (that is the paper stock that we prefer for our own buttons), as well as photo paper. (Of course, photo paper may not work well with your machine). Not for use with normal copy paper - it is too thin and won't cut evenly.

Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be shipped the next business day.

A Tecre Machine is the Black machine with a red handle - you can find the model number on the handle. Some other sellers sell this machine with their name, but it is still a Tecre machine. We do offer samples for purchase so that you can check to see if our parts work on your machine.

We ship out your order as fast as we can, but we don't ship on weekends or holidays.
For all of the items we have listed here on Etsy, we will ship using USPS priority mail or UPS ground.

INTERNATIONAL - Only items that fill up a flat rate box are listed for sale to international customers. International shipping can be so expensive, so we want to make sure we maximize what is put into a flat rate box. If you wish to place an order that combines several items of smaller quantities, please contact us and let us know exactly what you want to order and your full address. We can then give you a quote in 1-2 days. We can also ship via DHL. UPS to Canada, although it can be cheaper that USPS on the front end, you will find they have expensive brokerage fees that you don't find out about until they are knocking on your door. We don't recommend UPS to Canada for this reason.

Keep in mind that you will be responsible for all extra duties, tariffs and customs brokerage fees imposed and collected by your country for all international orders. Please check with your specific country's customs for import restrictions and costs before you place your order.

If you refuse an order (perhaps because you didn't realize the duties & brokerage fees would be so high) you will not receive any refund whatsoever. (We end up having to pay to have it shipped back to us, so we will not issue refunds for any order that is refused).

If you require that your order be sent with signature confirmation, it is your responsibility to contact us and request this be added to your order. You will be responsible for paying any additional fees associated with this request.

Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If the merchandise is defective or there were shipping errors, you may return the product for a full refund or exchange within 15 days.

If you need to return for any other reason, please contact us first for approval. You would not be refunded any shipping costs*, and there is a restocking fee of 15%. Any product that has been damaged by the buyer will not be refunded. *If the item had free shipping, we will still deduct the cost that we paid to ship the item to you.


Returns will be refunded after items are received and inspected.

**Any mylar that is returned opened cannot be refunded as we cannot resell it.**
You have up to 15 days for any returns or exchanges.
After that time, ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We will exchange your purchase for any other items you need. Please contact us to make arrangements. Once we receive the items back from you, we can then ship out your new product. You will be responsible for all shipping costs and any additional product costs over the exchanged amount.

Any time you are sending back a machine or graphic punch, it is in your best interest to insure the shipment. Please also send us the tracking number so we can be on the lookout for the package. If we do not receive the package, we cannot issue a refund.
