We will happily combine shipping on multiple purchases. Please contact us for pricing based on your location and items of purchase. Once the package has been shipped it is in the care of the carrier. Once your tracking number has been received, the tracking number is emailed to you. You can then track your package via the carrier's website. The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
RETURNS: If you wish to return an item YOU WILL NEED TO NOTIFY US VIA EMAIL ASAP. ITEMS LISTED AS "AS IS" WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND.
If Eligible for a refund: The item must be returned in the exact condition that it was mailed. Refunds will be made upon receipt and inspection and will not include shipping costs
