Loaded with heirloom tomatoes and other all-American vegetables, this classic, productive garden yields a variety of popular vegetables from mid-May until early October. Sow plant starts or seeds just once a month for a continuous harvest throughout the summer and fall. Included in this plan are peas, lettuce, carrots, tomatoes, onions, spinach and more.

Developed by a professional chef, our garden planting plans are based on easy, intuitive square foot gardening techniques, which divide your 4' x 4' square frame into 16 individual square feet and specify ideal spacing for each plant in the garden.
The All-American Victory Garden utilizes a 4' wide trellis to grow peas, tomatoes and pole beans, greatly increasing the garden's productivity. Planting dates are monthly from March to July, providing an ongoing bounty of classic garden vegetables in a very compact space. Includes as a bonus a section with general organic and square foot gardening hints and tips.
