Paypal or Direct Payment is my method of payment. You can pay by credit card without having a account through paypal. Payment is expected within 48 hours. If there is a problem, please contact me as soon as possible. I also now use the Direct Payment through Etsy.

Since all items are personalized all sales are final.

With that being said:

If you receive something that has been broken in the mail, send us an email with a picture within 48 hours of receiving it and I will replace the broken piece the way it was ordered the first time right away.

If I spelled something wrong from your order form, please send a picture within 48 hours and I will send you a replacement with what was on the original order form.

Even though I do my best on all orders some glasses may come with some minor imperfections from the factory.

If you need your items quicker than 1-2 weeks, be sure add the Rush Order to your cart also.

Or if you have already ordered and need to add the Rush Order at a later date be sure in the notes to seller to add your Order Number.
