SHIPPING
-Package is usually shipped whiten 1 - 3 business days after receiving payment via USPS- first class.
-I don't standardly offer Priority shipping because I'm too busy to provide that fast service. However you can check with me if it's possible before purchase. Additional shipping charge will be added
- Please keep on your mind that that once I give package to USPS is up to them how fast they will deliver it. And it's not always as fast as it should be. Priority shipping that says 1-3 business days is not guaranteed to deliver on time, according to USPS
-I will provide you with tracing to your package, it can be found in right upper corner of your Etsy page in Purchases and reviews
If insurance or signature confirmation is desired, please contact before checking out. I'm not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
- Allow 30+ days for delivery depending on destination and time of year.
- Make sure the shipping address includes your first and last name and is filled in English alphabet/ otherwise I'm not able to ship it.
- Please be aware that your home country may charge you taxes, customs fees, or other amounts. PLEASE check with your Customs office and/or Postal Service if you are concerned about possible tariffs. These charges are your responsibility and it's NOT INCLUDED in shipping charge or what you are paying for them item.
THIS IS ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT FOR UK BUYERS! The Royal Mail is reportedly being much more vigilant in collecting VAT on purchases made through the mail. You should be prepared for the possibility of paying VAT plus a Royal Mail fee upon receipt.
Customs forms are printed directly from your order with the full paid price. It will be marked "merchandise" not gift (Etsy doesn't have that option to change). However I'm able to change amount on custom form, but it's on your responsibility. Customs may ask you to see proof of purchase before they will release the package. You must let me know in notes at the time of purchase or send me a message that you want that change.

Packages that are not picked up and return to me will be charged 20% restocking fee.

FAQ

DISCOUNTS
I'm unable to offer discount as I'm trying to keep lowest possible price all year.

RESERVING A PIECE
Reserving a piece requires 20% NON REFUNDABLE downpayment. Reason to this new step were many reserved pieces and customers not returning to purchase them. Thank you for understanding

MEASUREMENTS
All measurements in my shop are in metric system. If you are not sure about size, please take time to look at the ruler or use some other measuring method

TAKING CARE OF YOUR PIECE
*I highly recommend remove your Moldavite jewelry before washing hands or shower to extend their life. In drilled pendants bail is secured with strong glue, repeatedly getting it wet may make it loose

Moldavite hardness is 5.5 to 6 on Mohs hardness scale just like hardness of glass. Please be sure to not bump into anything, because it could shatter.

Most of the measurements are in millimeters. I'm usually trying to show you each piece on 3 or more different pictures.

MOLDAVITE......IS IT GENUINE?
Many of you are worried and sending me question if the Moldavite I offer in my shop is genuine, because of the bad experience with glass made in China.
All Moldavite in my shop is genuine/ real Moldavite from Czech republic, mine called Chlum. In Czech Republic is over dozen legal mines, this is one of them on south part of the country also called Bohemia.
I'm from Czech republic myself and pick my pieces from direct source few times a year when I travel to visit home.

ABOUT MOLDAVITE
Moldavite is a member of the Tektite group of natural glasses formed from interplanetary collisions.
NATURAL Moldavites becomes only from surounding of the river Moldau in Czech Republic and only very few small locations in eastern part of our country and neighbouring Germany. Our excavated material is 100% guaranteed to be natural, NOT man-made!!! Natural Moldavites often contains small bubles, different colour layers and surface especially of the larger specimens is never absolutelly perfect!!! because its excavating from hard and unstabile silica sand layers. Don´t forget, it´s natural stone.
Glass is product of meting that was cooled down to a solid base with out crystallization. The glass-like appearance is due to smooth transition from the liquid into the solid state.
