We provide fast and courteous delivery service. We ship via US Postal Service, priority & ground services. Items are usually shipped within 3-5 business days of payment clearing (excludes weekends and US holidays). If you need faster shipping and processing, just let us know.

Please contact us for accurate shipping costs when shipping international. Shipping costs listed are ESTIMATES only and we may require additional funds if shipping costs exceed our original estimate. We use USPS International First Class Mail. If this is a concern before purchasing your item, please contact us for an accurate quote. International customers are responsible for customs and related fees.

You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal.

You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. On the right hand side of the next page you will see 2 options, the 2nd one is to pay using a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Returns & exchanges

If a refund is needed, please contact us. We will do our best to satisfy any concern you may have.

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly. Most of our items are made-to-order and one of a kind, so full refunds may not always be possible when supplies cannot be sold to another customer. Partial or full refunds are available for most items in our shop. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for downloaded items for any reason whatsoever, as downloaded items cannot be returned. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Goods must be returned in original excellent condition, re-packed the way they were received. Please return items with a minimum insurance of the purchase price with a tracking number. Shipping & handling are non-refundable and purchaser is responsible for return shipping and handling costs.

Any agreed credit will be issued after the item arrives back to us in new condition. Upon receipt of returned goods, MegMakesIt reserves the right to deny any refund if the merchandise is not in selling condition.

For items shipped via priority mail (most items valued at $25 or more) and some other items we insure through USPS, which are not received by purchaser (where tracking information indicates the package was delivered), Meg Makes It will file a claim with the US Postal Service free of charge. If the US Postal Service issues a refund, Meg Makes It will ship a replacement item at no charge to the purchaser once a refund is received. If the US Postal Service denies the claim, Meg Makes It will likely NOT issue a refund or ship a replacement item. Again, replacement items, refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.
