We send out all of our shipments by the post office. We do our best to combine shipping, and be the most economical.
We ship out our shipments insured to protect your purchases. We ship on three days: Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Orders will be processed within three business days, once your payment has been received. We will try to send out as soon as possible.

All packages sent out International are subject to Customs Fees. It is the buyer's responsibility to know what is/isn't allowed to be shipped to their country.
International Shipping rates are for Priority Mail flat rate envelope shipments. We can ship First Class by request which is less expensive, but will take longer to arrive. Please contact us for more info on shipping rates if you'd like your order sent First Class, or if your specific country is not on our list of places we ship to.
If a package is sent back to us as Refused by customer or is returned due to a wrong address provided by the customer, the customer can either pay to have the item reshipped, or get refunded for the product only.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

-ALL RETURNS MUST BE DONE WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM POINT OF SALE
-You must call for a Return Authorization number (RA#) for any and all returns. -Our phone number is: 760-747-2323
-Merchandise must be returned in the same, new condition as it was received.
-All of our fabric is shipped out from a smoke free & pet hair free location. Any items returned that have smoke smell or pet hair will be charged a 30% restock fee against the refund amount.
-Returns without an RA# printed on the outside of the package will be rejected. -We do not accept COD's for a return.
-Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
-For added safety, make sure to pad all merchandise in the box. -Please be sure to insure your return shipment.
-TO CANCEL AN ORDER: You must contact us with in 4 hours of placing the order for a full refund of purchase price and shipping fee. Once the item(s) are shipped, we will not refund shipping fees.
