Each item will be carefully packaged and shipped out within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) after receiving payment by first-class or parcel post.
At this time, we only ship to the US, UK, France and Austrailia.
Payments are made through PayPal in US dollars which accepts all major credit cards.
Returns & exchanges
MISSING PACKAGES: If a package hasn't arrived within a reasonable amount of time since delivery (3 weeks), we will then take the steps to resolve the situation. On occasion, the mail takes longer than usual and the package eventually shows up. However, please inform us if you have not received it within a week, so we can double-check the shipping log.
DAMAGED ITEMS: Let us know and we'll do our very best to mend the situation. (This is rare, but still, things happen.) A photo is required of the damaged item to be attached to the convo.
EXCHANGES/REFUNDS: All possible exchanges/refunds will be dealt with on a case-to-case basis at our discretion.
