**SHIPPING: My items are shipped in a sturdy package to protect them during mailing. I ship within 1-3 business days of receiving your paid order. Most of my items are ready to ship; if it is a made-to-order item the listing will specify that and may require extra time before shipping. For delivery to the USA, I use USPS first class package with tracking (typically 2-5 days). You may choose to upgrade to Priority Mail at checkout. For international orders, I will use USPS first class international package. For many countries this includes tracking. An email will be sent when the item ships and that will include your tracking number if applicable.
Once payment is received and has cleared, your item will ship within 5 business days unless stated in description due to customization. I ship First Class via USPS with tracking for shipment to US addresses. According to the USPS, the shipping time for First Class is 2-5 days for delivery. All items are securely packaged inside a poly bubble mailer. If you need expedited shipping, let me know and I will adjust the cost for a speedier delivery. To quote Etsy's Policy: "Etsy does not hold sellers responsible for incorrect shipping address submissions. The buyer must provide correct addresses in both their Etsy and PayPal accounts at the time of checkout."

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I do not have control over what happens after I hand your purchase over to the postal service to have them deliver it to your door. I make every effort to mail each package within 3 business days or purchase. Please also bear in mind and prepare for holiday schedules and weather. I also provide insurance on all purchases over $50.
If an item arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please let me know. The return of the product is only accepted if the product is in perfect conditions (new and without being used). The accepted reasons are: manufacture defect, sizing error committed from our behalf. The client should send a message indicating their name and invoice number within five days after receiving the product. We will send instructions on how to return
I am more than happy to do custom orders on the following items: sewn items ie., tote bags, and crocheted items. I will do wholesale on crocheted and sewn items only.
I do test my product materials for any defects and do test the my prototypes before I produce a finished item to ensure that I am delivering a good quality item.
