Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Every effort is made to provide accurate information about my products and to provide accurate colour photographs. Each computer screen is different so items may not be identical in shade to the version on your screen. As almost all of my non digital items are one of a kind, exchanges cannot be accepted. should it be necessary to return an item, the return shipping must be paid by the buyer. Items should not be returned without first contacting me. If you are buying an item for an occasion on a specific date, please allow sufficient time for shipping, especially as packages may be delayed in customs.
