I cannot be held responsible after packages are delivered. If the tracking information states "delivered" then it's out of my hands. I cannot replace merchandise that is stolen out of your mailbox. I'm sorry and it's unfortunate but I can't afford to replace stolen merchandise. Please contact your credit card company. Thank you for your understanding.

Additional return information
Custom made items cannot be returned. Only stock items that are standard size.
Anything made with special order fabric cannot be returned.
Most of my items are custom made so please, please, please make sure you are ordering the correct size. If you're not sure about curtain measurements, please ask for help. I will be glad to assist you.
Pillow covers are made about an inch smaller than the stated size. The slightly smaller size will ensure a snug fit on your pillow form.
