Please remember the following when ordering invitation/s:
Upon purchase please send me the following details indicate in the "Message to the Seller Portion upon checkout:
1. All the text to be included in the card.
- Tagline/headline (optional, if you only want to change)
- Name of Celebrant / occasion
- Date and time of occasion
- Venue/address
- Other Details (optional)
- RSVP (optional)
- Registry (optional)
- Sizes (optional)
- Website and others (optional)
2. Font colors: you may send me a color swatch in jpeg or pdf file or HEX or RGB colors, font colors may be changed free of charge.
*No trial and errors on the color selected, you may change the font colors upto a maximum of 2 times only, if exceeded, additional fee shall apply.
Once all the requested information has been received, I will begin to work on your invites. You shall receive your first proof within 2-3 business days. Upon receiving the proof, please do check especially the texts and names, dates and also the colors. Then send us your feedback. Give us a go signal if the project is okay for finalization. I will send the final design thru email.
Note: Max. of 2 Revisions for the card for the contents (copy or wordings only).
Customizing the font style/font face and other elements from what is posted and offered in the listing shall be considered as a set of extra revision. (Changing/editing of the model/image hair color, clothes or any change in the illustration/s and the like is considered a deviation from what is originally offered thus an addition fee will be requested - a min. of $7 depending of the complexity of work to be done.)
Please take note that any invitation and/or custom order does not include purchasing the fonts. No fonts shall be sent out if you personally opt to edit your invitation and no layered psd file is included in this listing.
* Only jpeg/pdf files will be sent, for psd files request, only flattened image may be sent.
Extra set of revisions is available at (min. )$7.00.
Once an order has been approved and the final files were released and sent via email, any changes or error's from the buyer's end will be charged a minimum fee of $7, complex changes and total derivation from the approved file will be charged accordingly depending on the complexity of work. Any errors from the Seller will always be free of charge.
The final layout shall be emailed in jpeg format (300 dpi) to your paypal email address or your nominated email address.
If you would like to further customize the design (e.g. change the font type, orientation, or layout) please convo me to set up a custom listing.
*Please note that all invitation and all other listings are digital copy only, no prints are included.
Printing Suggestions:
These can be printed at home using a heavy cardstock or professionally printed your local print shop or print lab.
Note:
Due to different monitor/screen and printer settings and calibration, actual prints may slightly vary from what you see on your screen. Always do test prints first before making bulk prints.

Pink Paper Trail do not provide and include proof reading services in any of its item for sale. Please do check your order/s carefully. We copy the details verbatim-ly as how clients write and send them. Once, you notify us to finalize any purchase, Pink Paper Trail assumes that the files were thoroughly checked. Any misspelled, wrong date, name, changes and edits after the final files were sent shall be charged accordingly (min. of $7).
It is highly recommended to ask your printer for proofing or make your own test prints before printing in bulk. The output should come close to what you see on your screen. If it does not, there might be a problem on the printer or the printer settings. Issues as such should be resolved between you and your printer or the print shop. Pink Paper Trail does not have a control over the printing process due to various printer calibration and settings, equipment used, paper types, printer operators and the likes. Colors may slightly vary on the actual ouput from what you see on your screen.
Lastly, Pink Paper Trail DOES NOT store invitation/made-to-order/coordinated item files more than five (5) business days, your original files (raw files in psd) are only stored in the system for three to five (3 - 5) business days. If you decide to change/revise your invitation/made-to-order purchase/s from Pink Paper Trail after a week, you may need to re-purchase your order because it has already been deleted and the file will have to be re-done / re-made.
Pink Paper Trail reserves the right to change / modify / alter any listing / post (design and prices) without prior notice.
