No more chasing your yarn ball around the room! Just pop your wool/thread in to this weighted pot and you can keep your work neat and tidy. Extra holes can be used for your knitting needles or different coloured threads. This example is decorated in our Simply White glaze and is 11cm high and 14cm in diameter. I've learnt that knitters all like different designs/sizes so please get in touch if you have a specific idea of what you would like made!
UK delivery costs are included in the items individually. For very large or heavy items, such as garden sculptures, where a pick up from us might be a cost effective alternative then please feel free to contact us. We can offer a delivery-free price if you arrange to pick it up from us in Whitstable.
If an express delivery option is available then we will usually indicate this in the listing, but if time is critical to you please let us know. We will do our best to find a cost effective delivery approach, although it may be necessary to ask for an additional cost where the cost is significantly higher than our standard approach.
We can deliver overseas, but will need to work out the cost on a per-order basis. Please feel free to contact us if you wish to place an order and are outside the UK. We will respond as quickly as possible with an appropriate offer.
We usually accept payment through PayPal, but are able to take card payments via email or over the phone. We will need to know the usual details required for delivery and remote payments, but can make the process smooth and simple. Please contact us if you would prefer to pay other than via PayPal.
Returns & exchanges
We pack our products carefully for delivery, but there is always a possibility of a product being damaged in transit. If the package is clearly damaged on delivery then please refuse receipt of it from the delivery company, otherwise contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange how to rectify the situation.
We will accept returns for other reasons, unless we clearly state otherwise in the description. We ask that you contact us to let us know the product is being returned, and once we have responded that you to pay for the return postage. Once we have received the item back in good condition then we will arrange for a refund or replacement, as agreed between us.
