One of the most overused images of the power and force of nature in perfect conflict and compliment with itself, a bear fishing spawning salmon from their uphill battle against time and death. What drama! What a feast! If bears only knew what we humans are willing to pay for fresh wild-caught salmon!
The pincushion is about 3 inches tall and 3 inches wide at its extreme points. This is a fairly modern ceramic piece (but may be old enough to count as vintage) and is in excellent condition. The pincushion rocky waterfall is handknit, with embroidered misty froth accents. My beautiful rendition of a salmon is made of polymer clay. The pincushion comes with the 4 pins that are shown.
