Item details

This vintage Vitomatic II A 35mm rangefinder camera was manufactured by Voigtlander around 1960. The lens is a Voigtlander Color Skopar 1:2.8/50mm. The shutter is a Prontor SLK with speeds of 1 sec to 1/500 sec. The meter is a selenium photo cell and match-needle instrument, the pointer with the ring is coupled to speed and aperture controls. The camera is in good cosmetic condition with a few scuffs along the edges, the rangefinder lens is cloudy, the needle on the meter does react to light, the camera winds but does not seem to set the shutter - no other testing performed. The original leather case is in fair condition and is missing the bottom snap. This Vitomatic II A is used, sold as a collectible, as is, as shown.
