We always ship to your Etsy Address, if you want to ship to a different address, please let us know before the payment. The shipping cost in each listing is the less expensive type of shipping. For this reason we cannot provide you a tracking number. If you want a different shipping please let us know before the payment and we’ll revise the shipping cost. Items are shipped within 1-3 working days of receiving payment. Approximate Delivery times are 2-10 working days to Spain / Italy, 1-3 week to Europe, 1-4 weeks to rest. If your purchase won’t arrive within 5-6 weeks after the despatch, please let us know, we’ll work together on your problem. Please, be patient about the shipping time, especially around holidays when the customs offices are busy. Your understanding is truly appreciated! Of course, we do our best to make the safest package. Please note that we are not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during shipping. We only accept Paypal and credit cards for payments. Paypal is a safe, quick and easy payment method especially created for online payments. All price and all bills are in Euro (EUR) but in any case Etsy and PayPal will provide automatic currency conversion. You do not need a PayPal account to purchase with your credit card. When you check out click the pay by Paypal option and you will be forwarded to a secure page, that gives you the option (on the left hand side) to pay using your debit or credit card.
DEADLINES and CANCELLATION POLICY The payment is due within 24 hours of purchase, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS and TAXES Customs charges or taxes may be due when you receive your order depending on your country. These charges are your responsibility.
