These orchids just arrived, but do sell out quickly!


This is one of our #1 selling colors! It is a royal blue shade in the center and has a deep purple edge to the orchid petals. It looks the closest to a fresh orchid.

33" long, SILK Orchids Stems with 9 orchid heads per stem. High quality of dendrobium orchids. Flower head size about 2" . Perfect for you to add orchids to your bouquets, submerge in water,use as cake decor or create table arrangements. When using our silk orchids with fresh, it is hard to tell which are fresh and which are silk.

$13.00 a stem, minimum four stems. 4 stems for $52.00. If you need more than 4 stems, let me know and I'll make you a custom listing to save you money on your shipping.

The orchid heads varies, per stem. They are NOT all the exact same size. One of the largest orchids heads is approximately 2 1/4" Wide by 3 1/4" Length.


Silk Orchids can be submerged in water without color bleeding.

Shipping out Silk Wedding Flowers
Turnaround time for orders is on a agreed upon completion date. We usually need 2-4 months for entire silk wedding orders. Sometimes we can do a Rush Silk Wedding sooner, it depends on our events. For RUSH orders,PLEASE CONVO us first, include your wedding date, the order must reach you and your state, and include your wedding flower list.... wedding bouquets, bouts, corsages you want to order.

Your deposit allows us to put your order on our design schedule. Custom orders will shipped out UPS with insurance and delivery confirmation, unless you have previously arranged expedited shipping.

*CUSTOM ORDER NOTE* There is a minimum charge if you'd like us to do a photo shoot of your items before finishing them. Before we finish them for your approval. Sometime minor changes may be made accordingly before shipment. Multiple or major changes of style, color or size are subject to an additional labor fee.
To see photos when the bouquets are totally finished is another photo option and there is a small fee for this.

I'm always "thinking green" and recycle and reuse our tissue that our fresh flowers arrive in. It is new and clean but it might be colored with a little of the flower pigment. As often as possible I reuse boxes that our fresh flowers were packed in, or boxes are supplies arrive in. Please recycle when you receive your order.

Regular Domestic Orders Shipping Policy
Your order will ship out in 1-2 weeks (unless we’ve agreed to ship it out sooner), with USPS and larger packages ship with UPS with insurance for the value of your order and delivery confirmation. Please allow 7-10 business days for the arrival of your order. Please CONVO me for a quote if you require quick shipping.

International Buyers are Responsible for Any and All Customs Charges, Taxes and Additional Postal Fees which may be imposed by your country. Refunds will not be given on original shipping costs if merchandise is returned because customer fails to pay additional fees at their post office.

If an item does not seem to be sold internationally, please contact us for shipping costs. Include shipping address, telephone number, items requested, quantity requested and date required. We are happy to combine items to reduce shipping costs.

Most orders will be shipped via USPS PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL.
USPS FIRST-CLASS PACKAGE INTERNATIONAL SERVICE or USPS PRIORITY EXPRESS MAIL INTERNATIONAL may be available for some orders upon request.

*Be Aware and Advised That International Shipping and Delivery Time Frame Can Be Up To Four (4) to Five (5) Weeks / Thirty (30) to Forty (40) Business Days approximately from Shipment to Delivery. We will not consider an international package lost until 40 business days after shipment.
Allow For Extra Delays For Customs, Weather, Remote Locations and Over Holiday Seasons. We are NOT responsible for these delays.

Make sure the shipping address is complete and correct, including telephone number. Inclusion of your telephone number on the package allows local post offices to contact you. If necessary, reshipping due to an address error is at the customer’s expense.

Payments

SILK ORDERS
A Custom ordered wedding package do require a 20%-50% deposit (depending on the size of the order) to get started on your order with the balance due once your order is complete and you have approved all items. Basically, we will chat about what you need and when we have a plan, then I'll create a listing for you to make your deposit. Significant changes to the flower selection after your deposit has been paid may add extra cost to your order.

You can choose to have photos of your silk flowers before we ship them, this option is in our Silk Contract.

ONE bouquet orders~ we require payment in full for only one bouquet, this saves us time with billing.

RUSH ORDERS~when we've taken on a RUSH order, time is critical and full payment must be made to save time on billing.

Artistic Floral Design accepts payments by Visa, Master Card, Discover, PayPal,American Express and Etsy gift cards.

Silk Wedding Orders will ship within one week of your final payment.

No cancellations will be accepted on custom orders, No refunds on silk deposits for silk bouquet or silk wedding orders.


*CUSTOM ORDER NOTE* You can pay to receive photos of custom purchase before I ship for your approval. OUR photos costs are $15.00 before the handles are finished or $15.00 when the handles are finished. OR if you select "no photos", we ship out your order without photos.

Multiple or major changes of style, color or size are subject to an additional labor fee.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds and Exchanges

CUSTOM DESIGNS
Due to the custom nature of my work, I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges on custom orders. I work with you all through the process to create custom bouquets and packages that are uniquely yours. Alterations to a custom package that has been approved and completed may incur additional cost. Please let me know if you have questions regarding this policy.


All shipments within the U.S. are insured so if you items are damaged or lost during shipping, I will work with you to replace that item promptly.

OUR STEMS OF SILK FLOWERS
We sell sample heads of our orchids, calla lilys and hydrangeas so you can see the actual colors before you purchase a large order or bouquets. IF you ordered stems of silks, (WITHOUT SEEING SAMPLES) and once you've received them, if they are NOT the correct color you are looking for, you MUST PAY to SHIP THEM back (within ONE week of receiving them). They must be from a NON smoking home, returned in the same packaging and insured. A restock fee of 20% of the item cost and original shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
***WE have many hues of colors, we recommend seeing samples for yourself***


CLOTH RUNNERS
We can mail out our Cloth runner fabric samples (up to six colors) for approval.
Cloth runners are specially made to order and are NOT refundable, transferable to any other item.

OTHER RETURNS
Any returns must be made within 30 days of your receiving your merchandise. Please notify us in advance. Customer pays to ship back the items.
ANY MISSING items, we must be notified about this within FIVE days from the day you receive your package.
A 20% Restock Fee May Apply to are returns.

VINTAGE ITEMS
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Sometimes it is hard to capture all of a vintage item's flaws, or you don't like it with your decor. To return a vintage item, we must have a CONVO from you within one week of receiving the merchandise. Buyer must pay the return shipping fees, the item must be shipped back by the carrier we used to ship it, insured and in the original packaging. It must be returned in the condition we shipped it.
