This is a traditional model of *MAHATMA* Box Charkha. The compact Charkha is in a shape of the Box and is very compact and slightly heavier than Book Charkha. Still it can easily be carried wherever you go.

1) Our preferred mode of shipping is Speed Post (EMS). EMS provides the Tracking Number by which you can track the movement of your parcle. Generally, items are delivered within 5 to 8 business days to the EMS locations.
2) The large quantity orders can be shipped through SAL (Surface Air Lifted). This mode is cheaper than Speed Post (EMS). SAL does not provide tracking number. Items are delivered within 15 to 18 business days to the SAL locations.
3) We ship our items within 3 to 5 business days.
4) Business days are Monday to Friday. We will not be able to ship on Public Holidays.
4) You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package(s) reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We would like you to be happy with your purchase. Write without hesitation with any doubts you have about the received products. We will help you to get the issues resolved.
Any claims for damaged item(s)/part(s) in shipping must be submitted within (3) business days after delivery. We will not be responsible for replacement, if notified after (3) business days. Also, please note that we are unable to refund shipping charges.
You may request a replacement for your purchase for either of the following two reasons: - We sent the wrong item - The item received is defective (including damaged in transit).
How to return an item: Place the item in its original packaging with all documents, manuals, parts and accessories. Wrap your item carefully in a box. Ship the package to us. Send us an email providing the shipping details and the details about the item(s)/part(s). You will need a receipt as proof you shipped the package in the event the package is lost.
In case of the return (for any reason & approved by us) the buyer will bear the charges for shipping the item back to us.
