Payments
Any order cancellations must be made within 24 hours after you make a purchase. I typically make and/or ship items quickly, so this time period is to avoid any issues on both ends.
Returns & exchanges
I do not provide refunds unless under very special circumstances. Any lost or damaged items may qualify as such. In cases where a refund has been approved, buyers original shipping costs are not refundable.

Almost all tags have some form of hand-stamping on them. Please note that each tag may not be exactly identical to the next or exactly identical to those in our photos.
