Blink ships all items from United States. Regular items ship within 2-4 business days of order. Custom items are made to order and ship within 10 business days of receiving customer information.

We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but don’t worry if something isn’t quite right, please contact Blink within 3 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange, minus the cost of shipping.
Please note that all items must be in new, unused and re-sellable condition and they must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery. All tags must be attached.
Please note the following limitations: *Any item that was not purchased at full price cannot be returned. This includes sale items. *Custom orders cannot be returned. This include Vegan Collars, Cat Collars,Pet ID Tags, Custom leashes, and modification including punching extra holes in the Adjustable Rope/leather collars.
How to process an exchange _____________________________
Please ship the package with merchandise securely sealed in its original packaging.
Return must be prepaid, via a trackable carrier. (We recommend USPS Priority for domestic shipping). We reserve the right to deny exchanges if the returned merchandise does not meet our policy requirements. Blink is not responsible for exchange shipping costs, international duties and taxes, package loss, or damage of returned goods.
Once your package reaches us, please allow up to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your exchange to be processed. The new item will be shipped if available with shipping rate charged to the credit card that was used for your original purchase. In the case goods are not available for exchange, we will issue a store credit which will be valid for 6 months.
