Listing for 5 Custom Size Handmade Polka Dot Envelopes with "lick & stick" adhesive on the flaps.

Jazz up your letters and invitations, or use for party favors. Polka dots envelopes give that sense of fun and special to your contents.

I can make pretty much any size from gift card up to 6 by 8 inches. I have listed the most popular card sizes but will happily accept custom size orders.

The colors I currently have available are listed above (green, yellow, orange, pink, blue, red & purple). If you would like a mix of colors, just add each to your cart separately. Same if you would like a mix of sizes.

My envelopes are handmade from heavier weight, acid free paper. The sizes listed represent the card/invitation size (what will fit inside). Envelopes are approximately 1/8th of an inch larger. There will be slight variation in each envelope (1/16 - 1/8”) since they are individually made.

If you are looking for a different design/color, I keep many in stock, including solid colors. Most of my orders for cards & envelopes are customized and I will happily put together a custom order for you so you get exactly what you want.

Additional matching polka dot party accessories such as favor boxes, small gift bags, and pinwheels are also available.

Shipping charges are based on the larger envelopes. Smaller sizes will be issued an overcharge refund, if applicable.

Lick and stick adhesive is applied to the flaps for ease of sending. The adhesive is doubled due to the weight of the paper to make sure the flap is secure when sealed. This can cause small bubbles on the flap glue, which is normal. Since this is the part that you lick (and stick) it does not show and you can be sure that the envelope is sealed and will arrive safely.

These cards and envelopes are each hand cut, folded and assembled. Please allow for minor differences in their construction as opposed to those cut by a machine. Each envelope may vary in height/width by 1/8” —perhaps this is something I only notice :-)

I have a diversity of items in my shop and shipping may cost less (a lot less) than you are quoted at checkout. Feel safe in ordering in that any shipping over-charge is promptly refunded to you (if over $2).

I offer free US shipping on some items & free US shipping on orders totaling $45+. International orders of $45 or more will receive a shipping rebate the amount of the standard US rate. Upgrading shipping is optional with an extra fee. Free shipping is applied on the lowest cost ship method. I always refund shipping charges if the difference is greater than $2. ♻️Clean recycled shipping material is used when possible. The shipping date on your receipt is the date it will be sent. I often beat that time and I have never missed a shipping date. The arrival date fluctuates depending on your location, shipping options you select, and the time of year. Please allow the appropriate transit time if you need your item by a certain date.

I will happily gift wrap & write a gift message. I use tissue, cello bags, handmade envelopes & small gift boxes as appropriate. Please select the gift wrapping option at checkout. In the case of direct shipping of a gift, please make sure the recipient's address is correct. Address mistakes & reshipping are charged to the customer. I do not include invoices on domestic shipments. Your online receipt is available on Etsy under the "YOU" icon, "PURCHASES & REVIEWS." You may request a printed receipt at checkout in the notes box. Invoices are are always included on international orders. ♻️Clean, recycled shipping/packaging materials are used when possible.

I strive to take accurate photos in natural light. Please be advised that different monitors/devices may show colors differently. If you need more information on a color(s), do not hesitate to contact me. Generally, I send photos of custom items before shipping for final approval to minimize the risk to the customer. Seasonal items, like all items, must be returned in 100% new & unused with original tags. They cannot show any evidence of wear (other than trying them on). Seasonal items include all items made with a holiday theme & tag (e.g., Christmas, St Patricks, Easter, Thanksgiving, July 4, etc.) and speciality wedding items. Removal of tags & any sign of wear will reduce the item return/exchange value. ~~The buyer must show proof of mailing (e.g., a postal receipt, tracking number) within 14 days of receiving the package. The item still has up to 30 days to arrive back to the shop. Seasonal/wedding items that have been customized generally cannot be returned. I work in a pet friendly home. 4-legged beings are not allowed in my studio and all items are handwashed/cleaned before shipping. But you the customer should have all the information before purchasing.

The items in this category are deeply discounted on sale items. Any defect/issue is noted in the listing. Please contact me for further information on these items before purchasing if needed. On sale items such as PiF (Pay it Forward) & Oops items are not returnable/exchangeable.

Sometimes we buy a gift that just doesn't work. Shop with confidence. Items sent directly as gifts have the same right of exchange. I generally write a note to the gift recipient on the back of a business card to let them know. During Christmas, the exchange period is extended to within 30 days of mail receipt when orders are marked as "gifts”. For other gifts, such as birthdays, leave me a note or send a message to request extension. Like all exchanges, items must be returned back in the shop in new & unused condition.
