All purchases are mailed within 2 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted.
US Domestic items are mailed USPS priority or first class mail. All USPS first class mail that has been paid through Paypal has a tracking number but no insurance.
International Worldwide Shipping :
International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and other fees incurred on international packages. Please be advised that I will NOT falsify customs documents by marking a package as a "gift" on customs forms.
Be sure you know your country's customs policies BEFORE purchasing any item. Your country may ban certain items (even the most harmless items), so that you would not be able to receive your package and I will not be able to refund in those cases.
Customs duty charges and related fees are the responsibility of the buyer. If you are unsure whether an item you purchase from the US will be charged customs or other fees, please contact your post office. Should you refuse a package because of duty fees that may be associated with it, or for any other reason, you are responsible for the full order price and shipping costs for the order. Please contact your customs office for information about additional fees that pertain to your country.

I accept Direct Checkout through Etsy, as well as Paypal for your convenience.
Are you new to Etsy? To start, just create an Etsy account with a username and email address, then pay with your credit card through credit card or Paypal, no need to have a PayPal account.
Returns & exchanges
Items are sold as is.
I accept returns that are shipped within 7 days of receipt at the customer's expense. Shipping is non-refundable and return shipping will be at the customer's expense. Items must be returned via the same shipping method with original protective packaging.
If an item arrives damaged, you must keep the item and package as originally received it and contact me IMMEDIATELY with photos of the damaged item and packaging. If the packaging is not retained, no claim can be filed and no refund will be given. Photos and other documentation may be required. Fund will be reimbursed when insurance claims are paid.
If these procedures are not followed, no claim can be processed and no refund will be given.
